Margarine

cups oats
1 cup
coconut
1 cup
flour
1 cup
sugar
1
tbsp syrup (replace with honey)
1 tsp
bicarbonate
Melt
butter and syrup/honey together.
Add
bicarbonate and stir until it froths.
Mix
dry ingredients in.
Flatten
the mixture out on a greased baking tray.
Bake
at 180C for 20 – 30 minutes.
Cut
in squares.
