Shokoladnaya Kolbasa (Chocolate Sausage)



My suster Tippy het hierdie (die voorste bord) vir 'n funksie gemaak waarheen sy 'n Russies gereg moes neem.

Shokoladnaya Kolbasa (Chocolate Sausage)
 
400 – 500g tea biscuits
200g soft butter
1 can condensed milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
Nuts / cherries / dried fruit can be added
 

Break biscuits into small pieces
Mix condensed milk with cocoa
Add soft butter to biscuit mixture and mix well
Add condensed milk mixture to biscuits
Add nuts / fruit and mix well
Roll mixture out onto cling wrap and shape into sausage shape
Freeze for 4 – 5 hours and cut into thin slices
Sift icing sugar over

Serve with coffee / tea
