Tannie Bettie se Mikrogolf Sjokoladekoek


Hierdie lekker maklike en vinnige resep het ek van my ma se suster gekry.  'n Defnitiewe treffer wat sommer vining gebak kan word as daar gaste kom kuier.

1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup warm water (lukewarm)
2 eggs separated
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 desert spoons cocoa, for a darker cake use 4 desert spoons
4 level teaspoons baking powder


Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt.  Beat egg whites till firm, add castor sugar spoon by spoon while beating.  Add egg yolks while still beating.  Add water and egg mixture to the flour (om die beurt bietjie vir bietjie).  Add vanilla and mix well.

Line bottom of dish with papertowel and bake at 100% for 5 to 6 minutes.  Do not grease sides of dish.  Cover with papertowel when cooked and leave to stand for 7 minutes and then turn out.

Versier die koek met jou gunstelling versiering.
